I found a recipe for spaghetti sauce on the Internet. Sarah got in on the action. She helped me b lanche. The tomatoes and put them in cold water bath. I peeled them and squeezed the juice out after blanching them. Mixed all the ingredient together and cooked the tomatoes down. Boy, did it smell good.
